I sent in my phone and was notified that I needed to turn off the "find my iphone" so they send the phone back to me. I turn off the feature only for them to tell me after I returned the phone that I was to receive a lower offer because my phone was bent. Why couldn't they have told me that when they sent it to me to turn off the find my phone feature? Oh well, Gazelle still offered me more for my bent phone so I went with them instead. ” READ LESS
