“The original quote for my iPhone 5c was $95. The phone had never had any issues and I was only selling it because I upgraded and thought I'd get a better deal through uSell than though my carrier. I sent my phone in the shipping kit supplied to me and was shocked to receive an email days later with a revised offer of $39.90 based on the "damaged" condition of my phone. It was in PERFECT working order when it left my hands, meaning it was damaged in transit or after arriving at the facility. My offer reflected a non-working touchscreen which had been working just fine less than a week earlier! I was stunned. I reached out to customer service and received a response back from Tiffany. She was incredibly helpful and after a bit of back and forth, we came to an agreement on a revised offer than I was happy with, only a few dollars shy of my original offer. I'm still not sure what happened to my phone, it apparently was dropped or man-handled roughly at some point to cause the issues it now has but uSell was very attentive in addressing my issue and assisting in a resolution. My only advice would be to invest in additional bubble wrap or packing material before sending in your phone with their kit. Part of me wondered if the kit was sufficiently padded enough to protect my phone, now I know better. Other than that, I'm very happy with my experience! Tiffany was great! ” READ LESS
