“item was sent in good condition. Item was locked by carrier and I answered all in truth about this but due to a previous balance owed they would not unlock it in the time needed. I understood my offer would go down. Obiviously because of the notes on said issue they were able to boot up my phone orginally because they made notes of this. However, after they started the "inspection" they managed to do something that caused it into a boot loop. When they returned it to me, it was NOT in the same condition they got it in. But alas, there is nothing I can do about it. So I repaired the errors THEY made and will resell on my own. I will NEVER recommend nor will I use your services again! I will tell people EXACTLY what transpired and let them make their own decisions. ” READ LESS

“Your company said my phone was damaged and it was false because I took my phone to 2 different specialist and my phone was not damaged at all. I feel your company is a scam and does not want to pay people. I have contacted the BBB about your company and also wrote a review about how crappy your company is. My phone was in flawless condition and never had the problems your inspector had. ” READ LESS

“You promised over $80 and asked me to turn "find my iPhone" off when I sent an email back saying I did. Not only did I do that, but I said it was damaged to the point where I already couldn't turn it off from the phone itself. Also, why take away $60 just for turning off when we all know it does not actually take that long to do so? I would not recommend this to anyone else unless you're actually fair about this situation. ” READ LESS

“I sent in a phone in great condition. The first problem I had was the VERY flimsy package material which seemed very inadequate. Then, when you got my phone you changed the offer saying the phone was damaged. You did offer a lower rate but I didn't feel that that was true about the phone. It had no issues when it left my house. I asked to have it returned in stead of taking your new offer. I found nothing wrong with the phone when I got it back and so used Gazelle to resell it. They offered and gave me $100. ” READ LESS

“I don't recall the initial offer saying the adapter was required. We went from a $98 quote to a $2 quote. Buyer says screen had white areas (I can't see any nor can my son, and he could totally complain about that sort of thing to me, believe me). Buyer also claimed issue with sound and, again, we can't see any problem. I'm convinced this was a scam to try and underbid the iPad after we sent it so we declined the offer. I would never do business with uSell again.” READ LESS
