“Very disappointed. I had the intention of selling my phone to this website so I put the condition of my phone, information and sent the device to this company to await for the technician to look over the phone before getting paid. I was quoted $104 initially before I sent my phone off and received an email a week later stating " I selected the incorrect condition and that I should have mentioned it was DAMAGED", and the reason for this was because of a bad mic. How man I supposed to know my phone had a bad mic when I can't see the full condition of the mic and have never had an issue with talking to anyone prior to getting my new phone. The quote I was initially given descended to only $40. Really a $60 depreciation value for a "Bad Mic". Funny thing was when I received my phone back from declining the new offer, the TEST sheet overviewing the technicians work, they marked a spotty LCD (water damage). So which one is it guys?? A bad mic or spotty LCD?? Get your sh!t together and tell the customer the correct one. On your website it states mark "what condition your product in" . (DAMAGED: it does not power on, it has a cracked screen or body, it is not 100% functional) or (GOOD: powers on, is fully functional, including all buttons and ports, has not cracks on the screen or body). My phone I sent very well fell in the good condition being in almost flawless condition compared to a lot of other phones out there, especially an IPhone 4, and just because of a the only issue your technicians saw was a "bad mic" shouldn't affect the depreciation value as dramatic as your company states. Based on my knowledge on the condition of my phone and knowing there was not any water damage to the device or any major scratches I think the counter offers after reviewing phones is a joke and for that I will never recommend anyone to use this site because no matter what there will always be a way to label the phone as "Damaged", even for devices coming in with negligible wear. ” READ LESS

“Absolutely Awful experience, Sent my phone after receiving a reasonable offer. They counter-offered with an insulting price, asked for my phone back, and it shipped back WITH NO SIM CARD. They removed it and basically stole my SIM card, and customer support won't respont to my emails. I would never recommend usell.com to anyone, ever. Unless you like having your stuff stolen. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB, and you probably will too if you deal with them.” READ LESS

I was not given an option to have the phone returned. They just deposited the amount they decided on into the account. So far my email regarding this has gone unanswered.
