“Sent in my iPhone 5 in excellent condition. Received a message from uSell once they received the phone stating that the screen was in damaged condition and has the "pink hue" around the edge. This has been an issue with some of the iPhone 5 screens when updating to ios 7. My phone had previously been through all of the ios 7 updates and into ios 8 without ever having this problem. I also have always had the extended warranty through Verizon so if i did have this issue, I wouldve had the screen replaced AT NO CHARGE. So I declined their revised offer (which was half of the original) and had them ship my phone back. I received my phone and sure enough there was a "pink hue" around the edge of the screen that has never been there. But it gets even better, THE SIM CARD HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PHONE! So you got it, uSell STOLE MY SIM CARD, and swapped my screen for a damaged one!! Please do not make the same mistake I did!!
