“When I sent my iPhone to you, I checked off the most damaged category I could. At that time, the touchscreen on my phone was just barely lifted from the body on one corner. My offer was revised because the phone was apparently not unlocked (even though I'm pretty sure it was unlocked) and because the "touchscreen was separating from the device." I didn't agree with the buyer's description of the phone (even though it shouldn't matter because I sent it in as "DAMAGED"), so I declined the revised offer. I received my phone back yesterday and instead of it being in the condition in which I mailed it, the touchscreen is essentially hanging from a thread as if it was pulled off. How can the buyer, after the revised offer is declined, send back my phone in a worse condition than it was when I sent it in? Nowhere during the process of selling the phone or inputting the condition of the phone on the uSell website does it say anything about separated screens being unacceptable (even though the screen on my phone WAS NOT separated) and it does not say anything about "extreme damage." In fact, in the uSell > Help Center > How It Works section of your website (https://support.usell.com/hc/en-us/articles/203989503-How-do-I-know-what-condition-to-choose-for-my-device-) there are three categories to choose from (Flawless, Good and Damaged). I chose Damaged, and the only thing it says is not acceptable under the Damaged category is "NOTE: If your device is cracked in half, bent or missing parts, it may be subject to a revised offer"; my phone was obviously not cracked in half, bent or missing parts. It definitely does not say anything about partial or full screen separation in that section. Apparently, your in-house policy on acceptable conditions of phones is different than what is stated on your website; which I would consider dishonest, misleading and possibly illegal. Your company is a scam.” READ LESS
