“Sent my phone in as good condition. Packaged it with extra padding from what was provided. The phone was turned down as having burnt images in the display and the offer went from over $60 to just $12. I immediately asked for it to be returned, which is was in even worse packaging than they originally sent to me. The phone does not have burnt images on the display; I took it to a specialist upon receiving it back and they found no such thing. Seems like they just want to get you to send your phone in in the hope you will just be like, whatever they already have it, and take whatever tiny amount they offer you. Will never work with this company again.” READ LESS
