“Price wasnt quite as high as other places, but I wasn't sure if other sites took damaged phones. Mine was scratched up plus it had one broken volume button, and not accepted by Amazon. So I was relieved uSell took it in. When I received the packaging to send the phone to uSell though, I was a bit worried since it was just a simple plastic envelope with bubble paper so I am not sure if that is safe, especially considering it has a battery. But anyway, good experience overall!” READ LESS

“I sent to you what I thought was a flawless 5c iPhone. The reviewer indicated that there was a pink hue over the screen and reduced the sale amount by ~$18. I decided against accepting the reduced offer. When I received the phone back to me, I did notice a very obvious pink hue over the screen. I also noted an obvious scratch on the back of the phone, which I don't believe was there when I sent it to you. I have used that phone for two years and never saw a pink hue over the screen, and one of the reasons that I felt it was in flawless condition was that I did not see any scratches on the device. Obviously, I cannot prove it, but it appears that my phone was switched with another phone. The pink hue was so obvious, I'm sure I would have noticed it before and the fact that I had a case covering the phone and not seeing any scratches before I sent it to you, again, makes me feel uncomfortable. ” READ LESS
