“Well, I was promised 50. Dollars for an iPhone 5s that had fallen into my pool. Stopped working. Ok, water damaged, not working, probably fried. I open it up and everything looked normal. I closed it up but made the simple mistake of not sealing it shut all the way. So I' mail them this phone that cosmetically is perfect buuuuut not sealed properly, that wound up costing me 48 dollars. Is it fair? No. They've got a phone that will fetched them some good money for parting it out. Oh, I forgot to mention, they told me they sent me two emails asking if Iwanted my phone back before sending my 3 dollar check...NEVER saw those emails. It's a damn shame they did this.” READ LESS

“I informed the buyer that the iPhone was damaged and did not turn on. They still quoted me $192.40. When they finally got it they said the phone was damaged and they could only offer me $48. I didn't feel like waiting another 4 years for the phone to get retuned to me, so I just accepted the off. It's still BS that I told the buyer the phone was damaged and did not turn on, yet they offered me much less because the phone was damaged. ” READ LESS
