“Received payment for one phone with no issue from Cellular Returns. uSell is claiming my second phone that I sold to them (valued at just over $100) is damaged and now worth half the value. It took 9 days for uSell to respond to phone calls and emails and they now say there is nothing they can do since the deadline has passed and they mailed a reduced check. I mailed in a perfect phone, and have been ripped off by uSell, who now only offer to return me a broken phone or a lesser value check. Seems like a scam and will be reporting to the BBB.” READ LESS

“I am very disappointed with my USell experience. I was quoted double the amount I ultimately offered. The process leaves little for the customer (me) to understand why the amount dropped so dramatically. I understand you are in the business to make money, but wanted to convey the disappointment in my dealing with you. I have asked for my phone to be returned, because I would rather just watch it gather dust than get so little for it. ” READ LESS
