The possibility that this could affect my offer WAS NOT brought up at any point of the process before the agreement to send the phone, and I spoke to T-Mobile THREE TIMES and was assured the phone was unlocked and ready to use. My replies to emails from uSell went unreturned. I am giving my experience two stars because I did receive $81.
