“This seller repeatedly revised the offer for my device, claiming defects when the device was sent in perfect working condition. I refused the first revised offer and the phone was delivered back and when I sent it again after confirming that nothing was wrong with the phone they revised the offer again, claiming another defect. I accepted the offer because I knew if I did not I would get nothing for the device, but I am still extremely disappointed with the service. I have used uSell before in the past and had wonderful experiences but this was truly horrible.” READ LESS

“I personally thought the buyer was out of his mind wanting to decrease the price from the quoted $64 all the way down to $28. Now I know that BlackBerry is not as popular as the so-called "popular" always-glitch-having iPhone but be damn if I will just give my phone away for nothing. Mind you it is one of BlackBerry's latest and newest phone - the Classic. That said, I simply had the buyer to return my phone. Lastly, the phone was of one that was a secondary hardly-used at all cell phone due to being on a 2nd line I have and due to me primarily using that troublesome iPhone 5s, so therefore it was stored in its box, practically brand new with no scuffs nor scratches on it whatsoever, however he still labeled its condition as "damaged" which is an uttered outright lie in itself. Nevertheless-- to the Usell owner/staff or whomever is in charge of this website - you may need to remove that buyer "BuyBackCell" because from viewing other comments on his profile, they are not so pleasant and are negative as well. If he's too cheap to pay a measly $64, in which I know may not break him, then he need not be in the business of buying cell phones.” READ LESS

“I was paid $30 less than what I was originally quoted. I rated my phone as "good" so not flawless. The seller complained that I had a yellow film around the screen. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there or if so, it would have been easy to clean. It would have been nice for usell to list the frequent types of defect that falls under each category. ” READ LESS

“Took over 2 weeks just to get a revised offer as they didn't mark it received until almost a week after tracking said it was delivered. Listed my phone as damaged but when I received it back it was in the same flawless condition I sent it in and I was able to access the entire reboot screen even though it was "supposidly" Google locked.
