“I had an iPhone 5S in very good condition. I tested it before placing it in the mailer, and I made a video, showing the phone powering on, with a nice, bright display and no damage to the body. I received an email stating the display was damaged and therefore they were only going to give me 1/3 of the agreed value. I responded by sending the video clip of the phone, demonstrating that the phone and display was intact. They dismissed it (and all I have is their say-so that the phone's display was not good), even though the video clearly shows a good display, and they only sent me the 1/3 of the agreed payment. Honestly, I feel scammed, and It got me thinking they do this as a matter of course if they want to pay less for a phone. In the future, I will be using a different buyback company, as this is an extremely shoddy and unscrupulous way to do business. I had heard this about this company, which is why I created the video. I don't like being duped.” READ LESS
