“The condition qualifications under each condition level (i.e. Poor, good, etc) are too vague. Customers should be able to put in specifics on their phone and then receive an offer. I feel as though the way it is set up is very deceiving and I could have gotten more money somewhere else, but it was too late because you already had my phone and nobody would want to go through the hassle of getting it back and selling it somewhere else ” READ LESS
