“This phone was always in a case, always had a screen protector, and never dropped. It looked like it just left the Verizon store. I agreed on the offer price, (Which I thought was low to begin with) then after I sent it in and they already had it, Usell sent me an email with an even lower offer stating "The screen is loose in the upper right corner". I agreed on the lower price because they already had the phone and I had already invested the time and the hassle...... I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, what a scam!” READ LESS
