“I sent in two iPhones in different colors at the same time, and so far I've only received payment for one of my devices, and am still awaiting my payment on the other. I don't understand why they weren't processed and paid together.... Quite frustrating honestly! The process could've been quicker and done more efficiently. Not sure at this moment if I'd ever send in another device.... Time will tell. ” READ LESS

I received my phone back and it looks just like new to me.” READ LESS

“I sent to you what I thought was a flawless 5c iPhone. The reviewer indicated that there was a pink hue over the screen and reduced the sale amount by ~$18. I decided against accepting the reduced offer. When I received the phone back to me, I did notice a very obvious pink hue over the screen. I also noted an obvious scratch on the back of the phone, which I don't believe was there when I sent it to you. I have used that phone for two years and never saw a pink hue over the screen, and one of the reasons that I felt it was in flawless condition was that I did not see any scratches on the device. Obviously, I cannot prove it, but it appears that my phone was switched with another phone. The pink hue was so obvious, I'm sure I would have noticed it before and the fact that I had a case covering the phone and not seeing any scratches before I sent it to you, again, makes me feel uncomfortable. ” READ LESS

“The phone was in perfect working condition and still is. I received a comment that the screen had a "yellow boarder" but it never did and after receiving it back from usell, it still does not. Seems like a good way to get my price from $157 to $113; no thanks- I would rather through it in the trash than be giving less for no apparent reason while usell increases their profit. Nice try.” READ LESS
