“I'm not happy with Usell. They promised me $170 for my iPhone 5s and then when they received my phone they said it had issues and lowered my offer to $119. I understand that I could have accepted to have my phone returned to me for the low offer but I decided not to because I wanted to see how they would handle this. Of course as perceived they didn't offer me a better deal even after I accepted their new offer but this goes to show that Usell tells you one thing but really offers you a complete other crappy option. Use at your own risk. ” READ LESS

“If I could give this negative 500 stars I would. I sent my iPhone5 in. I had said it was damaged due to scuff and scratches. But the phone was in great shape just not flawless. They had given me an offer of $64. I put the phone in the packaging they sent me and mailed it. After they received it they emailed me a revised offer of $8 and said it was due to a bent frame. I didn't understand how it could have a bent frame. I never noticed it but maybe it was something I couldn't see? I had the phone returned because it was worth more keeping it for a backup. When I recieved the phone my phone was severely damaged. I could see the frame bent and the screen was cracked. They wrote on the test ticket all the damage I could see. My phone was never in this bad shape. I almost wonder if this was even my phone. I believe the phone got damaged in shipping it to them. I called and they said that in their clause they are not responsible for damage during shipping. So now I have a severely damaged iphone. Usell should provide proper shipping kits with boxes. Not a bag with bubble wrap. That's not enough protection. Or they should tell people to package there stuff properly and email a shipping label. This would have avoided the whole situation and I wouldn't give you a bad review. Thanks for nothing. ” READ LESS
