“Wonderful company to deal with! I will use them again in the future and recommend Usell to everyone. They made the process very easy. Also, Usell was helpful with walking me through things I didn’t understand ( disabling iCloud ect). This company is very prompt and professional! Also- I found this company to give me the most for my phone. I compared them to at least 6 different places, and they didn’t even come close to what Usell gave me for my damage phone. Thank you Usell!” READ LESS

“I sent in my phone on June 5th and I just got my phone back today (July 5th). Through this service, you can't directly talk with anyone except through emails. They made me an initial offer of $230. After I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. I contacted them about my phone. They made a false claim about my phone that is bent and the power button doesn't work. Their new offer for iPhone 6 plus 128GB was then $22. I asked them to send my phone back and they send me a junk iPhone 6. Then they claimed they had their order mixed up. They even had a nerve to offer me $10 if I leave a positive feedback. I contacted the Usell customer service and they were utterly useless. Apparently, anyone can be their buyer. Don't get scammed here. ” READ LESS
