Did they use the same standard as phone manufacturers? There was no way to tell. Even a picture of the phone damage would have been helpful. “I thought your service was somewhat slow. Plus, you rated my phone as damaged, so your offer went from $159 down to $89, due to the faint darkening of the display on the upper left corner. Excessive decrease. I just sold it on eBay for $190. So, you could have paid me $120 or $130 and still made a nice profit.” READ LESS

“The seller claims my phone was damaged. However, I was using this phone with no issue up to the day I sent it to them. When it was returned, I tested it again and it still works just fine. Also, the seller had marked the label saying it was a "Verizon only" phone, even though I bought this unlocked phone directly from Apple and used it at AT&T. It makes me think they didn't even test my phone and tried to low-ball me after I sent them my phone. I'll stick with selling my phone to AT&T or Apple.” READ LESS

“Communication was awful. I was promised one amount and when you received the phone the amount changed without a good explanation. My phone was in perfect condition not a single scratch. Even so, I agreed to the smaller amount of money, out of convience, and you still sent my phone back! And to top it off you send my phone back but not the case which I had sent it with because the packaging you asked me to send it to you in was terrible. I would like my case back. ” READ LESS
