“The seller claims my phone was damaged. However, I was using this phone with no issue up to the day I sent it to them. When it was returned, I tested it again and it still works just fine. Also, the seller had marked the label saying it was a "Verizon only" phone, even though I bought this unlocked phone directly from Apple and used it at AT&T. It makes me think they didn't even test my phone and tried to low-ball me after I sent them my phone. I'll stick with selling my phone to AT&T or Apple.” READ LESS

“This transaction was a fail. The buyer said the phone was damaged because of a video glitch and that it was locked by an iCloud account. They tried to say that they couldn't buy the phone and simply offered to recycle it without offering me any. I refused and asked for the phone to be returned to me. When I got it back, I powered it on and verified that there was NO DAMAGE! No glitch on the video. No pink screen. Also, the usell instructions show how to disable Find My iPhone, which I did. But this buyer talked about an ICloud account, which the usell instructions does NOT provide instructions for. Wasted a month with this back and forth. Now that I got the phone back I will give usell the benefit of a doubt and try a different buyer. If that fails too, then I'm done with this service. ” READ LESS

“I am so very frustrated with this sell. I mailed in my phone in late October. The phone was wiped clean, and I ensured iCloud and the Activation lock was deactivated. Almost a month later, I get a message saying that the Activation Lock was on. I made sure to turn it off when I wiped the phone clean to mail in, but I proceeded to turn it off on the rest of my devices anyway, in case that had anything to do with it. Weeks after that, they concluded that the Activation Lock was still on, so they reduced my offer from $100 to $23. I asked for my device to be returned, and when I received it, there was a significant mark on the side that was certainly not there when I mailed it in. I've successfully used this service before, but I cannot believe the handling of my device and the poor customer service this time. Very disappointed and will rethink using uSell in the future.” READ LESS
