I was under the impression that I would receive my full quoted amount. The shipping box took way too long to come in the mail. The shipping to your facility took just as long. And then my quote changed to $40 dollars less than original. I agreed to the revised amount only because of the long wait and I really did not feel like going through this ordeal once more.
