“I was VERY disappointed in the low-ball offers that I received from USell for my three gently used cellphones. I self-evaluated my phone's as being in good condition, but after sending the phones in to USell, I was notified that the cell phones were In fact damaged. I have been buying used books for years from Amazon and I know what is considered in "good" condition by market and what is considered damaged, and I am inclined to think that I could have sent in a brand new cell phone and USell would have found SOMETHING wrong with it in order to lower the resell price. I would NOT recommend USell to anyone.” READ LESS
