“I am going to report y'all to the better business bureaux. I was quoted a price of $217, after y'all received my phone. Y'all offered me $140. My phone was almost new and y'all only used 7 percent of my battery life to inspect my phone. I will tell anyone selling a phone. Not to have anything to do with your company. Y'all offer a high $, but you try and cheat people out of money. I will never deal with your company and tell others the same. Ty Glenn Collins ” READ LESS

“Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! They took a long time to send the envelope. When they did, they said my phone was not functional, and it was, and then gave me a week to respond the dramatic drop in price quote. I just happen to have missed the email and before I was able to respond they paid it out and closed the transaction. When I noticed the email and responded that the phone is functional and I do not agree with the quote they said, oh too late, we already paid you so nothing we can do! Very poor communication and took them two months to send out payment but heaven forbid you take too long to respond because they wont wait! Will never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!” READ LESS

“I wish I would have done more research before using you. I thought I would try a company different than I normally do. Just like all the other reviews I was quoted a great price only to have you come back with some thing being wrong with my phone. I'm 100% sure my headphone jacked worked as I used it very frequently. It wasn't worth the trouble to send it back so I just took the $30 less and learned my lesson.” READ LESS

“I lost trust with your service over this transaction. The assesment contradicted with the condition of my phone and the supporting pictures I sent showing the condition of the phone. In response I got a picture of phone that was in no way identifiable as the phone I sent. So the way I see it either you changed the offer amount and then sent a stock photo or you provided horrible packaging and it got damaged in transit. Either way I'm not happy with the results. ” READ LESS

“The whole process took an entire month for them to send the envelope, receive my phone, "inspect" it, and tell me the payment. Then a it took an additional week to send me the check. I knew the exact condition of my phone when I sent it and then they told me that there were cracks in it which brought the price from $116 down to $91. They said there was a crack by the home button, there was not. They said the camera was dirty, maybe just clean it?? Sure, I eventually got my money, but I don't think it was worth the wait. I used Gazelle for my iPod touch and they were much faster. I don't recommend this place. ” READ LESS
