“I am extremely disappointed by my experience with usell. I was offered $56 for my phone that was in good condition. I sent it in and then got an email saying the screen was "damaged" and they would only give me $12 for it. When I got it back after declining, the offer there was nothing wrong with it at all. It is incredibly disappointing that you are trying to cheat to make more money. ” READ LESS

“I sent in an iPad and was quoted $146 for the iPad. I received an email back amended get the offer stating that I didn't include a power cord (which was never part of the agreement) and that my screen was "pink", therefore considered damaged. I have no idea what they were talking about since I sent it in perfect working order. I was the offered $25! I declined the offer and my device was returned. I turned on my iPad and it's working just fine. I have no idea what they were talking about and wonder if they were trying to get to accept a cheaper offer by saying it was damaged when it wasn't. Not cool. ” READ LESS
