“I wasn’t able to sell my phone through your company because the buyer complain it had a cracked on the screen and negotiated the price to be lower. I said there was no crack and it was in perfectly good condition when I sent it. So the buyer sent back my device and like I said it had no crack on the screen. The buyer just did not want to give the offer of what the iPhone was worth. A total scam. No I will not be recommending this company but sharing my experience with everyone.” READ LESS

“Device was sent in immaculate condition. Was kept in an Otter box Defender since day 1. 360 claimed the screen had burn in? It was clear black when off and has never had a screen issue or any other issue. After reading reviews I'm worried they put a damaged screen on it or they're sending back a different phone to me. They waited the max days to claim it was damaged and waited the max days to send it back. Tried to low ball for $26 less.” READ LESS

“Even though the phone was not listed in perfect condition, the buyer claimed that a small corner scratch meant the phone was damaged and changed the price to less than half of the original offer. I asked him to return the phone and sold through gazelle at the "good" quality price (only $4 less than original offer) with no problem. I sold two phones through usell but after dealing with this buyer will never use or recommend again. ” READ LESS

“I was continually told the phone didn't work. Each time you told me it did not work, you dropped the price. Since I have received the phone back I have had it checked out two times. Once by t-mobile and once by Verizon. There is nothing wrong with the phone except it was sold to t-mobile and can be used on. there network. Which is what you were told. I can only assume by your first offer and last that the offer you submitted to me was never intended to be honored. Each time you told me there was something wrong with it you dropped the offer by around 50%. Even after I had t-mobile check out what you said was wrong. They found your claim not to be true., as I wrote back to you. I don't do business like that. Once I make a deal I stick to it.” READ LESS

“I got an email that said my Galaxy S5 was damaged because there was an image burned onto the screen, which is absolutely not true! I was then offered $15 ($30 less than originally offered). I would rather throw the phone away than to sell it for that. Is this how everyone is done? Do you tell everyone that their phone is damaged in some fictitious way so that they will just 'cut their losses' which increases your profit margin? ” READ LESS
