“I had sent in two different phones two PhonePros through USell. The Phones were received on March 2, 2017 but PhonePros didn't review either phone for a month. I had to email PhonePros on April 4, 2017 to ask them what was taking so long and they told me the owner is currently unavailable which is causing delays. I guess I made them mad by asking them why it would be so long as the following day I received two updated offers telling me the products were not as described and telling me they had damage on them which they did not when they left my hands. Now keep in mind Usell uses bubble wrap to send the packages in and PhonePros had the phone for over a month before reviewing the phones. www.Gazelle.com which I should of used in this case, sends a box to protect the phones. Both my phones had a $66.24 offer and they reduced one of the offers to $50.40 and the other offer to $30.24 because it was missing the stylist. I knew both the phones had a stylist when we sent the phones in. I will be looking at using Gazelle more and if I use Usell do not use PhonePros!!!. I would of declined the offer so I got my phone back and sent it into Gazelle but after reading the reviews from others they've received the same problems and then they never get their phone back. I'm just going to have to chalk this up to a learning curve and take my reduced offers as that's better than nothing. I accepted them today but who knows how long it will take PhonePros to send me my money! I'd put negative stars if I could for PhonePros!!! I've never had a problem with uSell before this! uSell has been great until PhonePros!” READ LESS

“Pretty sure that 360wireless was trying to take advantage of me. They drastically dropped their offer and claimed it was a bad ESN. I contacted my carrier, Ting, who confirmed that the ESN was clear. I messaged 360wireless but they never contacted me back. I tried to clear up the issue but they apparently just wanted to low ball me. If that "company" is the norm for your buyers then I will definitely have to look elsewhere next time. It's not that difficult to respond to an email. Especially when multiple attempts at contact are made. ” READ LESS
