“I would not recommend USell. I had issues with the label. I had to wait for a replacement label. I was told they would extend my time to return my device. They didn't and therefore my offer price was reduced. Also, I know my camera was in PERFECT working condition as I am a photographer and used it often. However it mysteriously supposedly had a black dot on it when it arrived at USell and they found another reason to deduct money from my offer. Would NOT recommend. ” READ LESS

“I went to their website and got an offer for my damaged iphone for $19.75. I got their packet in the mail and sent the phone to them. Shortly after i received an email stating that they would only give me $3.45 for the phone because it was damaged.... I was very honest with them and said it was badly damaged right from the beginning. I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic and im not pleased. I tried emailing customer support and they basically told me I was screwed. I had them ship the phone back to me and I listed it on eBay and im already getting over $10. +shipping for it and I have 6 days left on the auction... I undertstand they are a business and here to make money but I feel like they tried to cheat me. Needless to say i won't likely be back.” READ LESS

“Very poor experience with these guys. I sent off for the shipping kit o Jan, 1 2015. didnt get it until the 5th witch is understandable because of the holidays. but then i shipped off on Jan 6, and they said on the tracking service that it didnt get processed until the 12th! After that, i checked it for the next couple of days and the tracking services was now saying Check Order Processing you will receive your check in the mail within the next business day. and it said that until the 19 of this month! WTF!! So today, Jan 20, i checked the tracking services and they're now saying that The Check Has been Issued, look for your payment to be in the mail within the next 5-7 business days. I was totally burnt out after seeing that. I cant put it together why the hell this takes so long. I wouldnt refer this website to anyone who's highly impatient like I. lol” READ LESS
