“Terrible service, I was sent an email on my main email account to send in my iPhone .. So I went ahead and did it. I didn't hear anything from them , couldn't track my order nothing! I had to contact customer service and they're trying to tell me I signed up with my PAYPAL email which is VERY weird because I NEVER use that email..ever. “USell made up an issue with my phone (by saying it wouldn't charge?) so that they did not have to pay me the original offer promised. By that time, I'd already wiped the phone clean of all of its personal content leaving it virtually worthless to me. Had I known I could only get what I was offered the second time around I would have never gone through with it. Never using USell again! Awful business practice.” READ LESS

Usell communication has also stopped from a man named Troy. They have not issued my payment or my phone back in over 4 weeks. Terrible service.
