“Feedback took a long time. And was claimed that my phone had a pink tint on screen, I asked for proof, and no response. “uSell originally offered me ~$51.00 for my iPhone 5C 16gb -- which was slightly better than what related companies offered (i.e., Gazelle). The process to send the phone in was painless. However, after a week or so I received a greatly reduced offer of ~$9.00 for the phone due to their evaluation. They stated the damage/wear to the phone would makes the phone NOT considered "fair" condition. The phone was certainly not in perfect shape, but it was also NOT cracked -- in the end, the final offer they gave me was lower than what AT&T would offer (which is saying alot) and lower than what just simply scrapping the phone would get. I was disappointed in wasting that much time. ” READ LESS

“overall my experience was fair, I sent my phone in and in the end I got paid. However everything in between was not so pleasant. uSell was saying my phone had a bad ime. I called my carrier and they said that the ime was free and clear. uSell came back and said it still wasn't clear. They offered me less than the initial offer, but it was more than I was expecting so I was ok with the amount. the process could have been quicker, and I am a bit skeptical about the bad ime, especially since my carrier confirmed that it was free and clear.” READ LESS
