“Like my other sale to uSell, the communication was good and the turnaround time was fast. Very happy in that respect. My issue is that I included the charger for the iPad as required, but when uSell received it, they claimed I didn't ship it with one and docked me a little over five dollars. While not a deal breaker, I'm disappointed that whoever opened it either didn't bother to look in the package or straight up lied. uSell makes you aware by sending you a revised offer with either an Accept button or Deny button. There was no ability to make an inquiry or question the "missing" charger - just a "Do you accept our new offer or do you want us to ship your item back". I realize I could have taken the time to call and argue the point, but for five bucks, I wasn't going to fight it - because honestly, it's their word vs. mine, and how do you prove you sent something? Other than that, I still feel the packaging they send you to ship it in is woefully inadequate. I wish I would have wrapped it in some bubble wrap in addition to their materials. I'm glad it arrived in one piece, as I had a horrible feeling it was going to have a cracked screen by time they got it.” READ LESS

“It is irritating that the offer had been made at a much higher level WITH the foreknown information that my phone wouldn't turn on. To then be told that the offer needs to be reduced so greatly, was quite irritating and a waste of my time (trying to follow the directions to turn off Find My Iphone remotely, which I then did do). I did however appreciate that I did get regular email responses through a customer service rep” READ LESS
