“I've used uSell before and had a great experience so I used it again. This time I sent a brand new phone that I only owned a few months, it was in flawless condition. Despite their packaging, the screen must have smashed during delivary. They emailed with a change in condition and cash offer. It was frustrating because it was a brand new phone and I had no way to prove to them that it wasn't broken when I sent it. And the email didn't have an option to chat with anyone or a despute line or anything which I think they should. Although I'm sure people try to scam them often. Take a picture of product before sending it may be helpful for proof.” READ LESS
