“I was told there was a defect with the phone after it was sent in to uSell. I disagree with this, but at that time what can you do? You have the option to have them return the phone, but, how many people actually do that? I'm curious what percentage of phones they lower in grading and how many they pay at the submitted condition?” READ LESS

“The process went smoothly minus an issue I have. The packages your company uses for sending in the electronics are faulty. Period. They are weak and offer no real protection for the products. I was told that the iPhone I had sent in had a loose screen. That, in NO way, shape or form, existed when I put it in the package and mailed it. I have no doubt that it was damaged during transportation to your facility. How could it have not been when, again, these envelopes are just lined with a thin sheet of bubble wrap? It's actually pretty absurd. I've used this company before and had no issue; now I do. I would highly suggest you provide actual boxes for shipping OR you use the procedure most companies do where they utilize a mixture of plastic and cardboard to secure the item. Anything else will NOT do. It almost seems like a sure fire way to ensure that the electronic will be damaged by the time it reaches the facility. Please take this into account and find a better way to make sure everything is received the way it should be - intact. Thank you.” READ LESS

“Little confused as uSell claimed the screen had " large white spot on screen while viewing at different angles". I did not send it in that way, so I was apprehensive to receive it back. I now have the device back and the screen is 100% fine. There are no white spots on the screen. There does seem to be damage along the edge near the sim card port. I also did not send it in that way, but at this point I'll just live with it.” READ LESS
