They initially offered me more money for the same phone but I wanted to see if I could get a higher offer. After the wait with uSell I just wanted the phone gone and took the lower offer. “A complete waste of my time, I had my device inspected before being sent in and everything was perfect, it took a month to even get a response or status of my order. Many attempts were made to contact and no response. Finally after a month I then get told that my device has an issue with the display and my quote gets cut down significantly. Not only wasting my time but also trying to rob me. This is a terrible company, I can guarantee I will never do business with them ever again or even recommend them to anybody!!! If I could leave zero stars that’s what they would be getting, they don’t even deserve the one star rating of very poor!!!” READ LESS
